H.E. Roy Tin
H.E. Roy Tin is a diplomat and financier with years of experience working with governments in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Tin sits on several committees at the United Nations, including as an ECOSOC Senior Advisor and UNCTAD Intergovernmental Group of Experts member, and is a World Bank–accredited Public-Private Partnership facilitator. Tin holds a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and post-graduate degrees from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School and Harvard Business School.

Rear Admiral Tom Druggan, U.S. Navy (Ret.), is Chief Operating Officer at AST Arabia, LLC, and a Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) for the Missile Defense Project. He served in the U.S. Navy for over 33 years; his last assignment was in the Missile Defense Agency as Program Executive for Aegis BMD sea-based weapon systems, and as Commander, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), leading nearly 18,000 government scientists and engineers.
