Rear Admiral Tom Druggan, U.S. Navy (Ret.), is currently the Chief Operating Officer at AST Arabia, LLC, a professional consulting firm, and a Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) – the world’s #1 think tank – for the Missile Defense Project. He served in the U.S. Navy for over 33 years with significant experience serving on board U.S. Navy destroyers, supporting senior leaders at Navy headquarters, and leading large technical and acquisition organizations to deliver critical integrated air & missile defense systems for the Department of Defense. RDML Druggan's last assignment was in the Missile Defense Agency as the Program Executive for Aegis BMD sea-based weapon systems and as Commander, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), leading nearly 18,000 government scientists and engineers.

H.E. Roy Tin is a diplomat and financier with years of experience working with governments in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe. Tin sits on several committees at the United Nations, including ECOSOC Senior Advisor, UNCTAD Intergovernmental Expert, and World Bank accredited Public-Private
Partnership facilitator. Tin holds a Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse
University, a post-graduate degree from University of Oxford Saïd Business School and Harvard Business School.
